Oke so I recently bought a keyboard (yesterday)
and I studied the piano through internet sites, and I can now pretty much read notes ( sheets ) not to advanced tho, and im not very fast at it yet

but lets say I have a MIDI keyboard with 49 keys, is it possible to play most sheets,

for instance the note that I marked Red , I cant seem to locate it

the one circled is just the A below middle C.
its hard to explain it like this (for me anyway) but...if you slame the 2 music together...you'll see that the A youve circled has 2 lines on it. the first line refers to the middle C, the second line is the first line of the base clef...if you understand what i mean~~

 If what magician said was confusing, just go down the scale.

From middle C goes to down to A. Look, C, B, A. A is the key. =)

If you don't understand what I'm saying, PM me. ^_^

I recommend looking up "ledger lines" via the internet/Wikipedia. :)

That's an A. Do you know your notes? It's EGBDF for the lines of the G Clef. and FACE for the spaces. just look at the E and go backward down to there.(Ledger Lines)

If you have that piece on Finale, you can save it to a midi file. Then, there are certain programs that can slow down a midi file. You could play along with that if you can't find the notes. It would help to learn the different ledger lines as well.

check the clefs... the one on the top is the treble clef and the bottom is the bass clef. i think that's the reason you did not find the required note.. the notes just cycles from A-G
