I know that there is already a transcription of "Tori no Uta" on josh's website, but I was kind of hoping someone might be interested in transcribing this arrangement of the song? Here is the midi version (I think having the midi might make it at least somewhat easier...): http://uno.nothing.sh/torinouta.mid

Uno's arrangement has some differences from josh's, and includes the piano intro. I've already looked through the site, and it seems the person arranged this piece by ear, so s/he doesn't have any sheet music for it.

Thank you!

I did a similar arrangement of Tori no Uta for piano but it follows a little closer to the actual song, without the artistic expression.

But if you really want the exact arrangement you posted with the MIDI file, place a request in the MIDI Request thread for sheet music since you have a MIDI file.

(Heh, first post.)

I was googling for this kind of thing all over the place, and I stumbled across this. So I joined to get the pdf. I don't really know this forum (I'm off to get better aquainted in a moment) but I'd just like to ask if I can use it? I just had a little read, and it looks great ^_^

I actually transcribed this arrangement... but the thing is, I based it off one of the piano videos I saw, in which the person playing made a few mistakes (that I don't know of).

EDIT: *just watched a Youtube Video in which < thinks that someone used this sheet music*. ._. I obviously can't guarantee accuracy if I've never seen the original sheet music.
EDIT2: @aurakelle: I recall looking at that MIDI file before, and I do have to say: it won't help; the notes are jumbled up, which is why I did it by ear in the first place.

Nice find on the midi. I've just finished transcribing that piece for myself to play, sharing it here too

I've yet to start practicing. This being the first song I transcribed, I spend too much time on it (mostly because of the steep learning curve of all those programs. Yes, i tried several). The tune's still spinning in my head. I'll start in a day or two.
Give me some feedback in the meanwhile.

edit: i've just had a look at clarinetist's version. never saw that one at ichigos main site or josh'. Mine looks so much alike. Though it's hard to knew that from the start without a -midi-. at least the request got properly filled ^.^
