I would be extremely thankful if it would be. Probably because this is from a source not too many of people have played before, since this song is a rearrangement made by someone else, and that there's two instruments playing in the source file. I am grateful to anyone that's willing to take this song up.

The reason he does not have the sheet music is that every single song he plays is improvised, to my misfortune :( . As the post says there is a circle that are attempting to transcribe his songs, but I can't find them anywhere.
As for the original creator ZUN. There's over several thousand doujin works based on his games, ranging from manga to remix CDs, to a soccer game. So it's a safe assumption that he's green on a transcription of a rearrangement of his work, not to mention his games themselves are doujin works as well.
