Unfortunately, I don't know of any pieces for string quartets, but I have run across some brass ensemble pieces.

Sorry I couldn't find any sort of classical game music, such as Mario or Zelda, but Final Fantasy has some rather popular music. These two links are for Tifa's Theme, and Rufus' Welcoming Ceremony (both from FFVII). Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but these are the only ensembles pieces I know of.
