Definitely a flute..
a clarinet
bells
oboe
i think i heard some trombones, and tubas
and definitely violins
and drums...

i prolly missed a few instruments... but then again, you can always add others and they can have the same part as other instruments

they probably ripped the songs themselves from albums they own.

but still... you can just use them to listen to to transcript, its not copying really.
