Im going to start a Thread with my Compositions..

The first question I wanted ask was about a new song I am working on... Its been bugging me the whole time iv been writing it. Before I put to much of my time into it making part B; I would like to know if it sounds familiar to you?.

I will be working on the bass line of the piano. also working on a betting intro and a second part.
Im going to start a Flute dance series. With about 6 songs. the reasons: i want to write something for my and my mom to play.

Thanks:)

Heh, for a newbie composer it actually sounds 'enjoyable' for a surprise. I would definately variate that left hand, and also add some different chords here and there to make it sound 'Majestic.' Also, it sounded like another type of flute was playing? Thought it was just a duet. x_x

Yeah, I tried adding the recorder as well... It doesnt sound very good on the Midi. Actually, nother does.

And I'll take that as a compliment.

Change the bass! Every single note/chord in the bass involves a Bb :O. But nice job for a beginner.

Well I just needed a simple bass so I could write out the melody that was in my head

very nice mind you as a muscal novice that i think that it is very well written and that it very clearly brings out the melody so to speak.......however it feels lacking in emotion but, to take a melody from your head and actually figure it out is quite an acomplishment for a new composer. I hope to hear more from you in the future.
