i wont post incomplete ideas xD so my updates may be slower than most but they will come mind you........
to start us off i figured i would repost two of my older pieces my Kyrie from my Mass in C-Minor (still incomplete xD) and my organ piece which at the time i incorrectly named a sonata.
Notes on the Kyrie: the pedal is supposed to be used throughout by finale wouldn't listen to me properly so therefore it sounds really disointed so just bear with it......or if your good with computers feel free to alter the midi and repost it here as a fixed version.
Notes on the Organ Piece: .....i dont know what to say i wrote it at like 3 am during school because i was bored and i wrote it away from a keyboard so its probably really bad again bear with it.

You should keep your compositions on one thread.

You did a great job on the multi-voice in the melody. (I like how the trill at 00:33 sounds)
But I didn't like how the last chord at 01:43 sounded. I don't know why, maybe it's just me expecting the last chord to go down instead of going up.

I like it. Everything works together, it's not just a conglameration of random musical ideas, and it's clear what the melody is. It's not something I'd necessarily want to listen to, though.

Especially because of the FREAKING MIDI VIOLIN!!! Oh my gosh, that thing is evil. It's not too bad, though. The ornamentation seemed a little much, at times.

The violin annoys me (it's not your fault; MIDI) <_<. Trills/mordents were overdone a bit much.

thank you all for your comments and sincerest apologies for the midi violin xD
About the trills and mordents: I was thinking about omitting a few of the trills here and there but there actually arent any mordents anywhere in the piece.......it may be written out in the piece somewhere.:heh:

Very nice! I can't really think of any negative comments about this, except for one dissonance that stuck out to me in the upbeat of the first beat in measure three. Other than that, this is wonderful to listen to. Great work, and I hope to hear more from you.

I like the dance in E minor. Sounds like something you'd hear in a tavern full of drunken pirates haha. Has a nice build up and the changes you make to the main theme are good. The reference to Hungarian Dance no. 5 by Brahms at the end is gold :P

If you're using noteworthy, I suggest try using string ensemble for the violin sound and a french horn in place of cello/db bass. Interestingly enough it works quite good. Of course, it will still be midi like but better than using the solo violin in my opinion.
