the dubbing did suck, it shall now remain subbed. they have trailers for the new FFVII games aswell

it was like wow..... i liked the fighting scens they were so cool.... and cloud had like 5 swords @.@ But wat i thought was stupid was how they had Red XIII talk just a short phrase at the very end, just sayin "But one still has the Stigma"..... and thats it...

Sure, great graphics and action scenes.

But pure wank otherwise. Square obviously had a few things in mind, exploiting the series and revamping the characters to, dare I say it, become sexually attractive(<_<) so fifteen year old fanboys/girls can dream about how "liek sxc ish cloud/tifa/that boi wit tha bluuu hair^_^ ?"

Watched it purely for the fight scenes, I definately didn't expect too much from it, even though Final Fantasy VII is one of my favourite games of all time. It just seemed rushed, creating a sequel to a 60 hour+ videogame into a movie exceeding a little over an hour.

i bought it off ebay but it hasnt come yet, damn vampiric-dragon....

Ah, we all expected the English dubs to be crap anyway. I already watched this but I'm still going to get the DVD.

I'm going to get it tomorrow, I can't wait. Was going to get it today, but mom didn't want to drive me and my grandpa wanted to watch "his yankees" I hate baseball. I'm so mad I could of gotten it today, but luckly I have it reserved on DVD at my Softwear Ect. at the mall. I'm so MAD!!! :mad:

the subs in english are direct translations from japanese (I think).

And there are plenty of subtitles. in lots of languages

subs over dubs anyday for me. i dunno, it just sounds whiny when they get americans to redo it
