Well, I've moved from a Maybe to a No. :( I can't get the time off work, since I just took 2.5 weeks of vacation to go to Japan/Taiwan. :( I could go for a long weekend, but if I'm going to England I really want to make a good trip out of it (at least a week), not just turn right back around.

I will make it one of these years, I swear! I'll try extra hard for next year! Have fun and don't get too lost XD

Last Birmingham one was about 6 hours long but that had less people but also we were central to Birmingham so travel times were shorter so i'd say about 6 hours again at most.

Rantan - if you're stuck for somewhere to stay you can come back with me to Maidstone overnight and stay in my (probably crummy) hospital accommodation XD The train fare's about £18.90 but if you decide to buy a Young Person's Railcard while you're over here (costs £20 but if you're planning to do a lot of train travel it saves you a lot of money) it'll be cheaper. But even at full price the fare is still cheaper than the cost of a hotel or B&B in London, and the connecting station with Maidstone is Victoria so you wouldn't have to buy an extra travelcard the next day or anything. It's an option for you if you do end up needing somewhere to stay overnight ^^;

I'm all booked up back to Stoke now :) My Uncle is having a big party/family reunion thingy that day, so my parents will still be in Sandbach, and thus dad will come and get me from Hanley :D Which also gives him an excuse to leave the thing... because I know my Dad, and he'll be going nuts by that point!

Well, the thing is, it isnt expensive to fly to Sweden, just from Sweden to London..BUT! IF YOU BOOK LIKE A MONTH EARLIER it isnt expensive. AND WE GOT A FORBIDDEN PLANET KINDA STORE WHERE IT IS CHEAPER THAN IN ENGLAND!

Plus, according to the news today every tourist loves Stockholm when they have been there!

Don't be so negetive, explore the world! Don't sit there in your chair and think something fun will happen! Maybe you'll like sweden! It's alot more modern!(i think, after seeing the buildings and the TUBE...which was crap:poke:)
