xD same about the leveling. the problem is I'm not much of an ingame chatter, plus most of my friends don't share the same disinterest in leveling. Whenever I go on for events and stuff it's only for a little while, just to check out if there's anything worthwhile to linger around for.

PQ is only worth it if you're on a server/ch where you have an almost 100% chance of getting in.. when ludi pq just came out in gMS I happened to be in the lvl 40 range.. I could get into parties easy but sometimes it would take me literally hours to get into a pq.. more relaxing, but not worth the time if you spend it standing around in the waiting room.

Mardia. Even a lvl 35 hunter could get straight in.

Oh, this was hilarious. I was LPQing with a bunch of 3Xs, and they're all idiots. One of them decides to kill ALL THREE monsters in Stage 7 and summon ALL THREE ROMBOTS AT ONCE. It was a hell of a time trying to kill them..... one of our guys even died..... it was pretty funny though..... -_-;

Actually, my little brother found a Maple Weapon... O.O I can't remember what it was, but he definitely found it, because I was standing right next to him when he made the kill...

Yea, I hate stage 8, because most of the people have no idea what the hell JMS is, and it takes SOOOOOO long to do it..... JMS is SOOOOOOO much easier..... I can't wait until level 40.....

For stage 8 I managed to learn JMS really quickly. What really took the biscuit was the blatent hackers that didn't even know regular at lvl 45+
Oh, that reminds me. I made a noob on mardia and there were about 5 hackers on every map of every channel on n00b island. GMs are failing big time.

No use if they are doing it to farm other accounts though. My plan is to get a few hundred cellion tails and solid horns to lvl a noob I just made on donnies account. A mage that will recieve all my refined plates and really good potions that too good to use just now.

Finally level 40, don't have to deal with PQ n00bs anymore. Of course, me and my friend decided to go to Victoria to wreak havoc with our summoning sacks and do some quests. Good ole Kerning City..... Irony of it is the fact that most of the quests we're doing are over there.

I saved the quests for lvl 50 as the LPQ can be too slow by this time and I already had enough scolls and capes to get 5 million mesos without trying (sells scrolls for 900k or less) so quests would be much less boring. OPQ glitch is the most boring thing i'v ever done on a MMORG. I think that it will be fixed on the next server chack though. IT's how Divine got so high so quick and I got 9 levels out of it so far, just can't be bothered to do it with owning guildwars and all that.

what IS the opq glitch x_x I guess by the time people discovered it I had passed 70..

You go to the storage room in the tower and everyone has a statue. The leader says 'OB' or 'open boxes' then you click on the cloud guy. the leader clicks 'next' to make 'clear' appear then everyone else clicks 'next' so that it clears 5 more times. thats 6x7000 exp in about 4 mins, providing you have already smuggled the statues.

My friend's an idiot. He dropped ALL his Toy Soldier Sacks and lost them when we were summoning at Kerning PQ area. I still got to use mine though..... man, it was great..... I killed at least 5 people..... then Henesys was even greater. We summoned a set of Robos each and killed off at least 10.

PQs are a quick leveling and really fun. . . . Except Ludi. A lot of the Ludi PQers really suck and can't boss, so you can't get the reward. My opinion is stick with Kerning since it's quicker, but the rewards aren't as great. I actually have a Kerning PQ only mage so that I can:

1: Easily get into PQs, since people ALWAYS want mages in their parties.
2: Get some cheap rewards and stuff. If I get crappy rewards, like Helm def scrolls, I'll give it to my main to try and use them. >_>

I'm going to have to periodically kill him off, though, to keep him at KPQ level.

Heh. I have my cleric as my main, a lvl 25 warrior for when I want a change of scene and I have a lvl 6 as my mule. I also have a spare account that I intend to use as big storage for plates and other inventory filling items. I have about 600 ores and 30 plates stored on my mule.

lol I used all my summon sacks like a year ago x__X now I can only watch others use theirs, and laugh from the sidelines. For some reason I've never gotten into ores/jewels and mules o__0 I stuff a lot of random equips and omok pieces (slime and mushroom ones <333) on my "mules" but in no particular order.. whenever I want something I have to go and check all of them XD transfering is a bish too :(

I almost always did EQ's to finish my training with my Low-LUK mages, at least until they got Magic Claw (which was at least level 17 or 18)...then headed down to Ant Tunnel for major pwnage! ^_^

There was a Summon House on Mardia earlier today. It was great. The person didn't use a Super Megaphone, but they used it on Channel 1. She said, "NOOB PARTY!!!!!!!!!! FREE MESOS!!!!!" Or something like that. I went to go watch the chaos. It was great. newbs were flaming us as they continued to come in and die..... it was so great..... over 100 deaths clocked..... a lot of them repeats, too..... ^_^

I still have 2 trojan sacks and 3 toy robot sacks on mardia. I use them when noobs pester me or start name calling :'(

Or you could just go to Henesys by the cab on Channel 1, start dropping mesos, and kill them off. You just have to make sure no high levels are around and that you're in newb clothes so they don't suspect you. >_>

Theres always high level people there. KPQ is another good spot but they can defame.

I can kill DT, it's just my acc. Unlike other classes we warriors got an acc problem so while I can kill them, I still gonna miss a lot until I get to its level or get my acc very high which would involve some godly dex based scrolling. I was thinking of staying at fog to 75 (74 atm) then go there or spirit vikings. I'm a wk so I get an element advantage there to train w/ my fire charge. All I really need to do really is just have enough pots to train there properly and try to get some more acc from scrolling if possible. Remember, unlike you I can't heal when attacking and I'm more of a loner class so it's not like I can't train there, I just want to train w/out getting my ass kicked while doing it alone. .-.

What you need is a cleric. I have max bless so thats acc+20 and maxed heal. Next time we are both online i'll be your support. (you fight, I heal and hide)

I'm still not lvl 70. So many people have caught up or gone far past me >_>

Anyway, I'm trying to level my cleric still. (38) I'm just wondering if I should stay at jr. cellions till I'm 40 and use the horns along the ways to help level faster then go to wraiths or go to wraith at 41 when my mp eater is a bit better?

100 tails will only be about 0.5% now, if that much. Best to keep on a mule or new character.
I suggest you LPQ. As a cleric your guranteed to get in a good party and the rewards can be as good as the EXP.
I also recomend you stop giving everything to your friends. Get rich.
The other thing to do with the tails is sell in FM for 200 each (sold 400 today at 350 each)
Training wise I suggest starting the cursed doll quest as this gives decent exp and ores with an incredible reward at the end, as your husband I can get the items for you as thanks. If Zombie lupine are too tough then try Jr wraith already. If too much to handle then return to sakura cellion. (maybe get your pet back to save time on picking up items)

Heh, I'm just a bit giving. I was only just helping out a page friend I knew for a long time now since her equips were below her level. Anyway, I might use the tails/horns for a new character someday. Maybe an archer named Lenn3th (the second e was taken) and make her like Lenneth from Valkyrie Proflie: Lenneth, if only a bit. (loves that game) I'll just finish up the quests I'm doing at obris since it'll get me some good items and those lv 40 earrings. I'll try jr. wraiths when I level and if I still need to, come back to kill when I'm 40. Just want to kill faster than sakura cellions but w/ barely any pot usage to make the most out of my cleric. I would LPQ but I have to wait on a day where I have more time. It's not like before where it was a new world and I had my guild mates, who 70% of the time, had a party ready for me to join. Till I get nx again, my pet will have to remain dead atm. :\

Well I leveled ^_^ (39) from lpq last night. It was okay since we all got along except for that dam 49 assassin who wanted to smug so badly and HAD to leave when we were about to boss. We would have probably made it if that other assassin (45) didn't run off all the time from me healing and pretty much killed himself in the corner when I was healing everyone. Jesus it was horrible. I was almost killing myself just to make sure no else would. *People kept separating* Our leader *once again* was forced to retreat. :\ Oh well, at least I was able to level. XD

Lvl 70 priest sucks. I had no boost in HP or MP, no new quests and apparently nothing new to kill so soon. Coolie zombies give about 0.0095% each kill and i'm supposed to train on those zombies for about 6 more lvls T.T

2: The new word censor has made it impossible to carry on a conversation.
3: The new smegas shove more trash talk down our throats.

I am one who just lost a dual USB port on my computer while trying again to load MS. I have rebooted 3 times and finally had to switch ports to get my keyboard back up. I still cannot get in game on this CPU with numerous fresh uninstalls, registry cleanings, downloads and reinstalls.

I think that probably those losing control of their keyboards in game are losing their USB ports as well.

As to #1: I have uninstalled 6 times, cleaned the registry of all traces of MS 6 times, Cleaned the hard drives of all traces of MS 6 times, Downloaded a fresh copy of the client 6 times, reinstalled 6 times..."

I was in Mardia yesterday... lol I was training but I use Wireless internet on my laptop, is this why it takes forever to load, and It always loses the connection it takes about a good hour or so for me to just get to the login in screen. :\

That game got abit to addictive..so i quit :D but nice graphics and sounds...to much time to put in to level and buy stuffs

mm let me just say i was a maple junkie but now converted to an avid maple hater. The first time i ever played was in closed beta where i got to lvl 65 when it finished and went to open beta where i got back up to lvl 62ish. after that finished we went to grand opening and all we beta players got was the trash mark of beta but i still started again on bera but switched when broa cam out. I played legitly until lvl 93 on a priest and started hacking ( le gasp) i became the highest lvl player at lvl 136 for about 3 months BudokoWand - permabanned. Our clan budoko was basically hunted down after that =p. I also have made around 10 more lvl 100's and about 20 lvl 70-90 since hacking u can get to lvl 60 in 2 days with around 3 hours a day.

Here we go kidz final comments. LEAVE THIS GAME ALONE if your still in school. IT will literaly drain your life and grades if you get addicted. Hacks are still everywhere so theres really no point to playing 500 hours to get to lvl 100 only to find the hacker got to lvl 100 in a week. Only positive is u can use this as a chat room i guess....... Pce until my next post

I like maple but I agree that better games exist. In the end all your doing is getting strong and rich then moving on to the next game. You'll become bored of Fiesta and go play lunia, then move onto something else. All MMORPG are basically a waste of good hours/months typing to kill and compete. Think of all the money you could have earned or the extra marks on your school work you could have got. Compare that to the amount you spend on the games (especially the p2p ones.)

lol i totally agree with han and i DID do that last summer XD i did fiesta then lunia then now im just back to good old warcraft III TFT =3 still people play games in ORDER to waste time and escape from life. id say play your heart out until you get into high school. Anyways mmo even the p2p ones have alot more gametime then almost ALL consol games. Think about it when you play maple for over 50 hours trying to hit lvl 30 when even KHII only had around 30-35 hours of gameplay before repeating.

Well I just play Maple Story because of my friends there. If it wasn't for them I would have probably quit a long time ago. (Possibly earlier if Han wasn't playing w/ me for a while) Personally, I think it's the people in it that makes the game better than what it is because they should do make the game much funner. Leveling up can be tedious at times, hell, trying to level up can be down right maddening :\ but it gets easier when you got people to make it more bearable and fun when you try to be rivals w/ one another or try to fight tough bosses together and stuff.

sigh I have been on Maple like 2 years ago and I am still lvl 41 assassin, pathetic I know. It is so boring around an hour later. Maybe that is why I cant lvl up so fast like you guys. But I have to blame a dear friend for getting me into this game. Also could you guys give me some advice? My friend is currently banned cause he had invincibility. I know for a fact he did not use any cheats cause he is a true player. Now this invincibility has been like a shadow for him, it can never turn off. Did someone hack him or something? Cause he can play again on Maple very soon, but if this happens again then he will be banned for sure, is there anyway to save his character?

Last time I spoke with him was a long time ago, I'm sure I remember that he had characters all over the place and a second account. He also said that he used to hack back in the days that it was very easy to do so and everyone seemed to hack. Of course i could be getting my buddy list mixed up but i'm fairly possitive it's him.

I am not lying about about this matter. I am one of his friends on maple I am known as asianlego. And just wanted to ask on behalf of my friend. If you want to think this as a impersonation of someone else, believe what you want, I know I am speaking the truth but seriously everytime he logs in he get invincibility. It is just weird.

Well, I heard of people getting a bug that gave them hacker like powers. Some said they got things like god mode. I know this for a fact cause this bug happened to me but I got one that would force me to move to the left at map all super fast and one time it made me fly into the air. The game was kinda like "hiccuping" when I tried to log in and it did for a while until some recent patches and server checks fixed it. All I did to fix it was to restart my computer. If that doesn't work and/or you get banned for it (assuming you didn't use it to your advantage) send in a ticket to nexon explaining it.

edit: And don't ask me to tell you how to use a ticket. It's what I heard. I having no clue how to do one. -.-

You're probably dealing w/ people who scrolled their equips or did some weird thing w/ their stats like dexless or strength or whatever. (not real good w/ thieves) Claw Mastery could also be a factor.

Not really. I guess like me, you got unlucky and got a bug that causes it. One way to fix it is try to properly uninstall maple story and then re-install it again. Another way is to restart the computer. In my case, it wouldn't get the bug if I just turned on the computer but after a while it would eventually get bugged. (it's fixed now though for whatever reason) I don't really got a lot of exp w/ these bugs. I need to do some research later.

How much does a maple kandayo go for? I am looking for one that is at least 35att. Also why are scrolls so F**king expensive?! It seems like this game is demanding real money to play. Seriously without real cash, no mesos, no mesos means no high lvl equip. Wambulance.

I got 10 mil without the aid of nexon cash. After about lvl 40 you can't buy equips normally anyway so it's easier to hunt them from monsters.

hantony doesn't that depend what class you are since archer equips are dirt cheap.

I wish I could remember my old info though, because I had halfway decent characters on there!

XD mardia didnt exist in my day. first i played maple closed bets. then open beta - server was called testpia. After they restarted again we had scania and bera. i moved over to broa when it came out. and yea scrolls were overpriced and will always be. though u dont need nx cash >.> money really isnt a problem is all you do is grind lvl grind n lvl. Hmm.. I seem to have a slight problem. I redownloaded maple story on my pc at home but I'm still having the same problem. For some reason I can't seem to log in. Gameguard says it's ok because I didn't have an error when it was letting me on but for some reason, the screen for maple story won't come on. I hope I don't have anything blocking it. Would anyone know what could be wrong or if something might be blocking it. The only thing I know is that my window media audio updated but after that, I couldn't play maple story again. You think it's that?

edit: Ok, I think I found the problem. Seems like gameguard won't update, that's why. It said something about finding my gameguard folders and someone before (who had the same problem as me) said when he deleted it, he was able to update again and is now playing. However, I can't seem to find this gameguard folder. -.-

They're for the thanksgiving event. I like them lots better now I can kill them :D They give up nifty items :D Which are also rather useful for the Thanksgiving quest, since apparently you get maple points if you collect the right things and are over lvl 20. Which means I might be able to get something from the cash shop, though I suspect you only get some tiny amount. Anyways, I'm still only ViLimue, and I am level 20 now!

Maple points ans nexon cash last for the life of the account so don't worry if you can't spend them right now.
Don't add donz or sun to your buddy list yet as they intend to start fresh so although the names will be the same they wont appear online.

I heard though Han that nx cash will disappear on your account if it been there for 1 year. (not sure how that really goes though) I'm going to try and see how I can play again. I just need to find that gameguard folder but it's hidden well. <_< (I'll figure out what went wrong)

edit: Okay, when I reinstalled maple story for the 4th time...... ._. I was able to go to this thing to add gameguard to the file. Not sure what that thing did but now I can update gameguard. (was the reason why I couldn't play) Hoping now when it finishes I can play. I kinda disappeared for 2 weeks thanks to it and I hope my friends didn't think I quit since I usually come on at least once or twice a week. Wait.. there was a patch so... damn. ._. gotta patch that too. :\

Gameguard is inside the maple folder, usually one of the first sub folders. Well you seem to have solved it anyway so all will be well. I'll be done downloading in the next few hours but I'll sleep first.

When I download gameguard, I get this Update from Hp blah blah blah thing (which is suppose to update my windows) when I try to upload maple story (still won't upload game or patch and I seen the hp thing from task manager) but I still don't see what's wrong. ._. (still not working) Maybe I'm doing this wrong or probably I should get some sort of gameguard fixer I heard about. =_=

Heres an update for ya. I logged in yesterday and all my guys were deleted. I checked with my guild and nobody saw me come online, so -if- I was hacked (and I doubt it. I'm very careful with spyware and stuff) all the guy did was delete my characters.

I'm thinking it was something on the server's end. Though nexon/wizet will never admit it.

Needless to say, I'm done with MS. ...for now.

Right now I'm lv 62. (Kitsumimaru. female. class: spearman. pure polearm specialist) I been doing ludi maze pq for a while now and made like 3 mil so far. ^^

Lmpq tip: It's only good if you know how to travel thru the portals since you gotta do like math to go to the proper channels and etc. (Left portal +4, middle+7, right -3) Note, it adds to the room # but the max number of rooms is 16 so if you're in room 5 and took the right portal, you'll end up at room 2. If you go pass room 16 however (or even go before room 1 by using the right portal) you have to add 1 to it. So, if you're in room 15 and you took the middle portal, you'd end up at room 7 instead of 6. (for some reason room 12 will add a 1 to it if you use left portal so go right then middle to go to the exit room (16) room 6 and 7 are the rooms you need to go to for the best tickets) (remember, you got to be lv 51-70 to do this)

I tried training w/ 2 exp on but it didn't really compare to that of lmpq. (even at voodoos!) I just need to get like 7 more dark ores for my 3rd job advancement soon. Recently my friend Jac (mysterybabe though she did it on her other char) made a guild so I'm second in command. (jr.) It's called Illustrious and we're a new guild so not all of our members are that high since we're not that well known yet but it's still fun. ^_^

5000 is nothing to my pocket, but yeah, they really should speed up some of the transports (Such as the 2 min long subway ride of the 1 min stalk [oh look the latest transports are what we ask])

There's no other tickets out there that will give you a faster transportation to another place. <_< It would be better if they shorten the time or at least make vip tickets to go somewhere instantly or something. I mean, I gotten tired of using vip rocks to go from ludi to victoria island cause I didn't want to wait like half an hour. It pisses me off too how you got to be like......

Ok, it's 4:20pm and the ride from ludi to obris will stop taking people at 4:29pm since rides at ludi leave every at 10 minutes on the hour and you can't get on at the last min. At 4:30pm, the ship will depart and will take 10 minutes to arrive at obris. (not counting the additional time it would take if I died on the way there from those hellish creatures) At 4:40pm I will arrive at Obris, leaving me less than 4 minutes to grab a ticket and catch the ship to victoria island since Obris rides depart every 15 minutes on the hour. At 4:45pm, the ship will then again take another 10 minutes. I finally arrive at victoria island at 4:55pm. Wow............. it would take me like 27-35 minutes to go from Ludi to victoria. That sucks ._. and it's different vice versa.

At 4:20pm, I must wait till 4:25pm to get on the ship from victoria island to obris. The ship leaves at 4:30pm and will take 10 mins to get to ludi. (once again, not counting the additional time it would take if I died on the way there from those hellish creatures) At 4:40pm, I arrive at obris and grab my ticket to ludi but I must wait longer since rides to ludi go every 10 minutes. At 4:50pm, I get on the ship and take yet again another 10 minutes to get to my destination. at 5.00pm I finally make it at Ludi. That's 32-40 minutes all together

Now.... how come they got it to where it actually takes longer to go from Vic to Ludi then from Ludi to Vic? Why at the very least it takes almost half a hour? ._.;

One game i'll always like is Silk Road. you can never get on it and when you do it has moments of lag but becuase of this there is always at least one person running arround the newbie area's killing everyone as they intend to quit, such fun to watch from a distance, even on a mount you'd be killed :D

2 weeks until I return with my lvl 77 priest. I'll be getting divorced from divineshadow so that I can marry divineshadow :D
