Getting an ukulele in the mail tomorrow. I think I'll play that more, and then use my newfound string skills to finally get a jump into guitar. XD

And finally practiced piano today for the first time in months. For the first hour or so it was awful, but after that, I was sheet reading faster than I ever have. (Which is still really slow.) Still, it felt really good, like my practice over the years actually means something. =D

And be creative, notes don't have to go from lowest to highest :D My guitar has a crazy tuning atm. Strings go from E5, A5, G5, D4, D3, B3 XD..........lots of fun :shifty:

I remember reading an article on it and laughing about how true it was. Men also have a higher pain tolerance and better night vision. Things like "better color vision" (to enjoy rainbows) and "higher amounts of empathy" (so they can mooch off men more easily). Nothing that would make you a better action movie hero, which is all that matters, obviously. X3

Also, indigenous populations in East Asia were found to have the highest IQ on Earth, while indigenous populations in Africa were found to be the lowest (with a difference of about 30 points, iirc). It's not? I'm pretty sure I could memorize what C sounds like, on my piano at least. Or are you saying it'd sound different on different instruments? That'd make sense, I guess. I'm not sure how hard it'd be to be able to recognize a certain pitch regardless of what it's played on, since I've never tried.

Well, you can open it to clean it out, but ultimately it may be for the better than you don't if you've never cracked a case of a laptop open once before.

Um... No. My Band Camp is well... Being stuck in my high school for 12 hours, from 8 in the morning to 8 at night. TT;; And we can't use the computers, laptops, etc. etc. I'm not sure why it's called a "Band Camp" since we aren't actually staying in school for a whole entire without coming home, but who knows?

That's not a proper camp. I feel for you, band camp here is great fun. We just spend a week somewhere and do a few performances, participate in workshops and just do music related activities. Last year was great, spent a week down at the local (well, local to a country person :heh:) Navy Base :).

Wow. You really are lucky. I wish my band camp were like that. But all we focus was on music, memorization, drills, and marching. Kind of sucks since I'm in Florida and it's baking hot down here.

One time, we were wishing that it was raining so we wouldn't have to go outside again, but afterward, it stopped in two hours. We went out to the practice field to march with our music and there were puddles everywhere. They were kind of deep and one of my position was to stay in one of those puddle and march backward. Since there were a long line of puddles behind my spot, I had to... well, run into it for 12 counts. TT

Since we're on the topic of movies, does anyone remember the name of a short movie where a robot travels in a spaceship looking for other life, and manages to find one person in his last few remaining days. He befriends the being and subsequently 'dies', a chip or something popping out of him. His friend throws said chip over a cliff out of anger, and it lands amongst a mountain of presumably the same chips.

Does the BSOD Error "STOP: 0x000000F4 (*insert string of numbers here*, *insert string of numbers here*, *insert string of numbers here*, *insert string of numbers here*)" mean anything to anyone around here? If so, what could be the problem (and possible solution)? I've only had it happen to me twice so far. The first time was the reason why I bought that aerosol can and blasted the dust out of my laptop and then it happened again this morning, probably 20-30 minutes after I took my laptop out of sleep mode...

I'll be calling and sending it in for repairs since it's still under warranty (1 month left XD)
