You'll get used to it after doing it for a year or so. I used to think a 2a wakeup was bad until I worked it for a while and realized all the extra freetime I gained by doing that.

Waking up early is amazing! You get a chance to breathe the good air outside and the fresh temperature. Plus, like M said, you get extra time to do more stuffs, unless you have to go to work. :D~

It's more of a change of perspective on your time. Many people do the late night schedule, which generally forces your time into hours that your activities are restricted. But, by waking up early, you gain more friendly hours into your schedule.

For instance, if I worked the afternoon shift, I'd be getting out at around 5p. Most businesses are closed, and by the time you're home, you'll prepare dinner, clean up, and then it's about 8p at night. Not many people would enjoy starting an activity at that time.

On the other side, if you work late night or early morning, you'll be getting out around 12p. Your free time becomes 3p. That's a much more flexible time than 8p.

I heard it was pretty great, and since it's the same team that made Skies of Arcadia, it probably is. I'm gonna grab it soon, so I'll let you know. You also have the Tales Series on the PS3, which has been around since the SNES days, and is always pretty good. I liked Eternal Sonata a lot, too!

Aren't you supposed to rub Tiger Balm on your chest? And even more so, isn't it used for cough more than congestion?

Also, lemsip is quite the multidrug, and it covers more than what you've listed for symptoms. The actual decongestant in it (phenylephrine) is only 6.1 mg. That's fine for a child, but for an adult, you need somewhere around 40 mg. For example, Sudafed contains 60 mg of phenylephrine.

The show stopper for us right now is the lack of our technical stack. If we were to produce a demo of something, it'd be entirely different from our target release; so it's not going to happen until we have something built software wise.

And the way Toshi schedules stuff scares me. A lot. There wasn't enough to really do anything outside of saying "We're Lycoris Studio! Porshe has some awesome music! We have an announcer voice guy!". It's kind of a stem off of the Youtube show plan we had a ways back that was punted for a table at an anime con and the offer to MC some infomercials for it.

Not that I really give a shit, lol. A dude saying "I'm gay" to me isn't much different than a guy saying "I like redheads." I don't think many redheads are pretty, and I don't especially having things stuck up my ass, but I don't fault anybody for enjoying either, and I think both redheads and being gay are both things you can teach people to enjoy, especially if you start doing so at a young age. I'm a nature over nurture kind of guy, usually. Of course, if you take a gay dude in his twenties, and try to get him to switch teams, you're going to have a hard time of it. Being gay, like being straight (or liking redheads, or any other personality trait) is not something you can just "switch" on and off, obviously.

And of course, I can't say whether or not people are born with gay tendencies, or any other sort of tendencies...I'm no expert, and I haven't given it much thought, because it doesn't matter much to me. Well, the biggest problem with this whole argument is that no one knows if sexuality is learned, such as manners, or is instinct, such as hunger. There's substantial arguments on both sides of the coin; there are even arguments on its edges.

The hard part about making a decision on which of these choices is the correct assumption is that the science that is built to describe human mentality (psychology), is actually not a logic based science. This is shown through the many different theories accepted by psychologists.


And all this only matters if you care about naturality in humanity. Most people nowadays would look at this argument and either care -- religiously or otherwise -- or not even see it as a problem.

Clove oil could work well but tastes worse than the worst ear wax taste you could imagin. Will work for the pain of cavities and infections though, providing you get in down to the infected area.

Sounds like a trip to an orthodontist is in order :) I have a similar problem where my teeth are coming through too quickly and are larger than normal, so they took a few out, rebuilt some that had been grinded away by other teeth and even made me 3 metal ones to stop the other teeth coming through (also metal teeth rock for even though they're expensive and require A LOT of work, they can bight through anything and most normal stuff like sugars and food acids don't degrade them). So trust me when I say that if you're teeth are getting pushed together....you might want to do something about that.

On a different note, watched the Black Rock Shooter OVA. Always been a fan of the art and the art style of BRS, and of course Vocaloid has encapsulated me. I thought it wasn't too bad, would quite like to see what they make of it later on :think:

And that is exactly the reason I got bored with both series. For that type of thing, you need characters to drive the story. Broken down, a hormone driven girl with daddy issues and a teenage boy with angst. Call me a pessimist, but that doesn't mean that I can't enjoy Harry Potter. It's fun to watch, but when you do look at it, that's what you get.............and Twilight I can't enjoy. Its just ill-fitting acting with bad directing and producing.

While still on the topic of films, just watched Cat Soup (Nekojiru-So). Normally I love symbolic and strange movies like this, but symbolism only works if you know what things are symbolising :heh: Eh well, gives me an excuse to watch it again and decipher it. :)

Part of being a fan of something is being able to step back and appreciate it for what it is, ridiculous or not. Pokemon in the games and anime IS a silly, unrealistic portrayal of what the world would be like if it were overrun with crazy monsters people could catch and train. The fanmade trailer is poking fun at that by showing what a world full of monster-battling would actually be like. I thought it was great. =D

Today at the supermarket I got accussed by the checkout boy of looking grumpy. Which in turn made me grumpy. Plus there were no staff on the deli counter dispite me being rejected for that very job just weeks ago. Why do I bother :(
