Basically it translates to The Third ~The Girl with Azure Eyes~

Xebec production. Well, I checked the first few episodes. It seems quite dull. Ayu stalled the subbing of the anime, and I haven't gone hunting for other groups either. There isn't really anything that draws me to this anime. Not to mention the narrator (who I assume is Bogie, a tank-like mecha with an AI) treats you like a child at both the beginning and the ending of each episode; stating questions and directing you on what to think of the plot, throwing in poetry that's not half bad.

It's a Sci-fi psudo-mecha anime. The Protagonist is the usual jack-of-all-trades mercenary, who carries a sword, but has no desire to kill anyone. The other main character (or so I think) is a guy that appears out in the desert at random with odd, alien like, powers.

Though it's still early to judge this anime. I left it with a lot of unexplained questions that might be answered later on. I, personally, don't think you'll like it, but maybe check out a few clips and see for yourself.

There's a lot more action in s-CRY-ed and it is the better of the two (as of what I watched of the other; v.s.), but something felt awkward throughout the series that I can't quite put my finger on (I think I didn't like the overall feeling of the anime). Music is A+ though.

Aw, thats too bad! They really shouldn't remove the funding for a schools music program. Our funding is fine, but we make it better with our fund raiser (selling Submarine Sandwiches, subs, Hoggies, or what ever you like to call it). In a year we make at least $330,000!

My old school sold drinks to raide funds. Happily I wasnt in the middle school band. All they played were those damn, over played jazz songs.

I want to get into a youth symphony orchestra, but to be one of the only pianist in it you have to be extreamly good because the compation to be it is sooo high.

But I have to say I'm with you, now that I'm finally getting into career specific classes (C++, HTML, and UNIX concepts).

My AGP teacher (a program for advance students) says Latin is a great writen language to learn. Makes most other European languages so much easier, like French and Spanish.

Also helps to know some root words in Latin for the SAT's.

Every pastor I ever spoke to (Catholic, Lutheran, Orthodox, and Baptist) always referred to the "Love" found in the bible as an intimate love; it was also hammered into me when I preformed Catisism that I am to "Fear and Love God" and also "Love our lord, Jesus, with my whole heart, my whole mind, and soul".

By placing your love for a person before everyone else, this means the love is stronger. Thus, if you have a lover, you must love Jesus more than that person... All this basically points to is that you are suppost to love Jesus on the highest level--before anything else.

EDIT - American schools from jr. high and up use a system of grading. Its A - F, A being the best F being the worst. It may be used in england but Im just saying that just in case..

The 4.0 means he got a perfect score. A semester is also graded by a GPA, or grade point average. The letter grades a student got is averaged with numbers and this you get a GPA.

I think I got a 3.78 or somthing for my last year in school. All A's but two B's (in dumb classes like study hall)

I think the GPA system makes perfect sense. The higher your grades are, the higher the GPA is. The lower your grades are the lower the GPA is. Not that hard...

In my school district letter grades are based on this:

A - 100% - 91% Exemplanary
B - 90% - 81% Above Average
C - 80% - 71% Average (lol, its a crappy grade in my book)
D - 70% - 61% Below Average
f - 60% - 0% Fail

I can't remember what my district's letter grading is...I DO know that it's in the calendar they hand out every year...

And to further the subdivision:

4.0 - 100pts-90pts
3.5 - 85pts-90pts
3.0 - 80pts-84pts
2.5 - 75pts-79pts
2.0 - 70pts-74pts
1.5 - 65pts-69pts
1.0 - 60pts-64pts
<1.0 - <59pts FAIL

And all of those factors can be mulitiplied by any n-factor, so long as it's all of them. For instance you can have a 700pt class, this means a perfect is 700pts, a 2.5 would be 525pts-553pts. Some teachers like using large scales some teachers like using small scales (the entire class contains only 4 pts, with several fractional points). Also, the grades are rounded down.

And the grading spans over 1 college semester, thus this is my final grade for the class.

Why a dictagraph? Whats the point of recording yourself?

It's a writing technique for fluency. Most of the time, reading off what you want to write will turn out more natural than just typing it from scratch; thus it feels natural and appeals to your readers much better. Note that this only works if you have a general outline of what you intend to say. Doing an impromptu would only further detriment what you are trying to do.

You learn all kinds of writing tricks when you get into college. Give a no topic speech, write without stopping, condition yourself by keeping a daily journal (and let me say... I've got some weird shit in my journals.), purchase a reverse dictionary, owning more than one dictionary (I recommend Oxford and M-W; if you didn't already know that they're the best) and create daily vocab tests (I haven't quite got that far yet... But I do have a "word of the day" thing going), and read, read, read (the three Rs). By doing all of that, you can force yourself though any type of paper and say goodbye to writers block.

The only issue is that it becomes a habit, and then you start using big words, and people look at you funny when they find a beaten up dictionary in your backpack, and the journal entries that make you go O_O....

Second off, when installing SuSE, do NOT do an update with the first install. YAST installer of SuSE 10.1 has a huge glitch in it and breaks your ability to update software (via breaking your dependency index). Just keep it in the out-of-box version, install, and then do all the updating after you've booted to your choice GUI, or console.
