anyone happen to know the physical appearance of Sodium Iodide (NaI) and Sodium Sulfate(NaSO4)?
my lab partner takes the worst observations.
I know that NaI is a transparent and i think has luster. I have no idea about color or opaqueness or anything else for that matter.

well, the solutions im looking for are a diluted form of the actual solid form of the chemicals.
I had to measure out 500mL of it and dilute it with water, so the H2O kinda had a chemical reaction with the atoms in the chemicals to make a diluted liquid form of the chemical.
I keep finding the solid form of the compounds...
EDIT:
I'm gonna assume that they're both transparent and colorless solutions based on their physical form.
and chem is evil.

Need to work on my costume for the anime society all-nighter @_@ I lost a bet so I have to cosplay Gwendal von Walde from Kyou Kara Maou, complete with plushie and knitting needles :cry: Though on the bright side my friends weren't quite as evil-minded when deciding my cosplay character compared to when they decided my other friend's - I have to make him a Tsukihime-style maid's uniform, poor guy XD
Oh, and if you're wondering why I didn't just say "NO, I'm NOT doing it" - the alternative was to sit through a Prince of Tennis marathon, hence I chose the cushier option; at least cosplaying as Gwendal won't leave me a TeniPurified zombie at the end of the night ;)
