But physics is physics is physics. If you're not going to a pinpoint or technical college, it'll be a general physics course. The only hope you have is a "...for Medical Sciences", which most colleges don't do (making a course division for a particular degree).

Yes, the date is the most important. I'll agree with that. Yet it has a flaw. Having the date first works until you have a multi month concept, where two things occur on the exact same date. When you try to sort them, you'll see 28/06, 29/03 and 29/04. Seeing things that sort out of linear order doesn't make much sense. Even then if you do have a special sorting system that finds the actual month in date in MLA format, you'll see 29/03, 29/04, 28/06. Still is not natural, unless you like not following the Arabic numbering system. Now there's a pickle.

Now having the month before anything else, fixes that problem, yet doesn't work for yearly sorting for the same aforementioned reason.

Yes, it seems tedious to have to read all the four letters before hitting the month and then the date (oh woe is me, it is as big as the word requited), but it increments in order. Perfectly. Take this dataset, in little endian and in big endian forms:

Does anyone here know how molds for things such as car doors and gears and such are made? Are the models for car door molds and stuff still carved out by hand, or is it all computerized now? I know they have programs to help decide whether a certain mold is feasible and whatnot, but do they have machines that actually carve out the model to make the mold out of?

Any help is appreciated plox.

My dad used to make the tools that made the tools. I think it's generally done on computers now days, CAD and all that.

HanTony hit the most popular way. The only other way is to hand carve one item, then make a cast of it to base others on.

lol, k thanks. I knew about the hand carving + duplicating process, and I thought that CAD did that sort of thing too now, but I looked on the CAD website, and it seems that CAD doesn't take care of any of the sculpting; it just checks for errors in design and stuff.

There are a variety of poker games, the most common is 5 card draw, or texas hold 'em. I'll explain briefly the five card draw.

Everyone is dealt five poker cards. Then, you look at your cards, and then go through a round of betting. You then have the option to trade in up to 3 cards for another 3 cards (There is a variation, if you have a king you can trade your other 4 cards in). Then, with your new 5 cards you have to try and make the best combination. The Combinations are as follow, in order from least to greatest worth.

Just a single high card.
A pair (any two cards of the same denomination)

three of a kind (any three cards of the same denomination)
straight (any five consecutive cards of mixed suits)
flush (any five non-consecutive cards of the same suit)
full house (a pair and a three of a kind)
four of a kind (four cards of the same denomination)
straight flush (five consecutive cards of the same suit)
Royal Flush (the five highest cards [10-ace] in the same suit)

In a deck of cards, there are four suits. Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades.
Each suit has 13 cards. The cards are: 2-10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace. (Ace can be used as a low card [1] or a high card [14].)

That's basically the basis of 5 card poker. Texas Hold 'em is a bit more complicated, if you really wanna know how to learn to play it, google it.

Hey I know this one! It's called CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Technology used in CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) my friend. Basically, a router that can move on an XYZ axis controlled by stepper motors or a lave with a stepper motor. Each company that makes a CNC machine has there own form of NC code. one company that makes these machines is Techo-Isle (http://www.techno-isel.com/). The industry standard program to compile the NC code is done through a CADD like program called Mastercam (http://www.mastercam.com/).

I know how you feel man. My first girlfriend was a mute. :x Well, lol, not REALLY a mute but she sure as hell acted like one since she barely spoke and just listen. You know it's bad when that person says something and it's like finding out your dog can talk like Scooby Doo. =_= Second one was a control freak since day one and I left at day one. :lol: Basically she had everything planned out what we were gonna do, like every week was progress. Week one we were gonna make out, week two was suppose to go further, week three I was suppose to meet her parents and I don't even want to say what week four was gonna be. :unsure: I also had two guys go after me before in high school but I wasn't interested but it was weird. The first one in ninth grade used to pick on me in Spanish class and I didn't know why. Turns out in the tenth grade that he actually had a crush on me but being not wanting to admit he was feeling those things, took it out on me. He said he was sorry and I couldn't help but forgive him for that since I hated him in ninth grade for that bulllying. Second one was just some guy who I knew at gym. He was ok but he always wanted to give me a hug which wouldn't have been a problem (though I don't like to be hugged by guys really :\ ) if he didn't try to do that when everyone was changing. -.- I swear to GOD I almost felt like I was in Oz. x_x There was my best friend in high school whom I had a crush on for four years but since she had an on going off going relationship w/ her abusive drug dealer boyfriend in the eleventh grade, it just didn't work out since she kept going back to him, despite the type of person he was. I almost beat him up w/ a few friends cause of the things he did (like punching a wall near her head) and the situations he put her through that would have gotten her raped by his friends or go to jail like he did for being in possession of Mary Jane. I dealed w/ that whole thing for two years, including the other two years of watching her two other boyfriends treating her like crap. Smart girl but has no common sense when it came to being respected in a relationship. It was just weird since she was my friend but at times she came on to me but I guess that was thanks to her messed up up bringing cause she was a little .... different ... if you know what I mean. -_- My last girl friend was just weird cause she was my stalker in college till I got to know her. .-. She wasn't bad at all but it turned out she was 16 and I was 18 at the time. It wasn't a problem till she wanted more out of the relationship and let's say I wasn't ready to risk going to jail for some girl if things turned sour. <_<

There's nothing wrong at all with being gay. Replace the word "gay" with "short" in all of our comments towards Para. Do our posts still sound like they might be offensive? If they don't, then the way you're thinking about things is incorrect. I don't think we should have to step gingerly around our own words to make them ultra-politically-correct. We shouldn't have to worry about hurting peoples feelings when the traits we're discussing AREN'T FLAWS. (Love you Para. ^_^ ) After all, I'm a short person, and I get poked fun at all the time. Nobody threatens to kill people for me over it, hahah. We vertically challenged folk demand treatment equal to homosexuals!

The most disturbing part for me was when Shion (Mion?) was forced to rip her own fingernails off. The crying, general situation (who would let that happen to their sister?!), and the fingernail-not-breaking "are you joking?! D': " all made me sick to my stomach. Probably one of the worst things I've seen on the internet, and that's including all the god-awful stuff 4chan posts.
