God darn Im bored.. I didnt even read it...its 5 am @_@

Nose is too far to the left, Adam's Apple is too defined, the shirt and neck on the right side blend too nicely making it hard to distinguish between flesh and material (though your shading did help a little), elf ear, Shoulder isn't proportional to the head size.

Sorry I don't have any advice on how to correct these things (I can't draw worth crap), but those were the things that I found.
