Hey M, how many times do you change your avatar anyway? Just curious; not trying to sound sarcastic in any way shape or form. Because when I first started coming here you had that guy from Final Fantasy 10 or something(can't remember the name) as your avatar. Because you do seem to change it quite often.

It has a pretty good storyline, suprisingly; just like all well known visual novels (Air, Kanon, Clannad, Planitarian--yes I'm a KEY fan--Kanna Immoto, Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Narcissu, Mezzo Forte, Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia). You just have to approch them at the right angle.

Kind of... Usually the term Visual Novel is used for H-Games (Tsukihime) or other computer novels with graphics (Planetarian) (hence Visual Novel). A lot of times, a visual novel has multiple endings depending on your choices you make, similar to the Goosebumps "Reader BEWARE: you choose the scare" books.

Just think that Graphical Novel is manga and visual novel is a computer game where you read for 15 mins at a time and select one of two choices every once in a while.

EDIT: Dating sims? HELL NO! Those damn things are shallow. A visual novel is just as the title denotes: A novel. A lot mre reading and far more structure than any dating sim you'll find.

It's entry level programming that I'm "required" to take at the college. Testing out is not allowed. So I go :cry:. Maybe I'll do an object or something fancy for the next one.

With a big grin on his face he said, "Read those. That'll keep you entertained."

My backpack which weighed in at about 8 lbs, is now 30lbs.

So the morale: PAIN.

Uhh.. we have exams every TERM, inu dearest :blink: And.. they don't finish earlier, they just have a session (trimester technically, but that's just TOO pregnancy reminiscent XD) that lasts through rougly 2 terms. MY school is normal and has 2 semesters, 4 terms.

And i wish MY exams were over :(

But we're finished AST so I'm being laze and checking out things for half an hour before I study XD

A Le Chevalier D`Eon, Galaxy Angel 2, A Death Note, Red Garden, Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na, Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo!, Kujibiki Unbalance (bout damn time too), Tempouibun Ayakashiayashi, The next Jigoku Shoujo, A Black Lagoon II, and the pick Shoujo-ai: Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru. I'll pro'lly have a greater list of anime once I go through a couple of databases, because 1) I can't read kanji, 2) some of those just look like hentais, and 3) I want some more backround on a few of 'em.

Meh I disagree, true there are some people with the "we're so fucking awsome" attitude but I have met very few. and the same could be said for many ifnot all countries.

I have met various british people who think the UK is the best thing since sliced bread, that dosent bother me, its the fact they want to convince others of the same. both countries have good things and bad things so GTFover it, I have only lived in 3 countries (Venezuela, US, Spain) in all of them the US has been critizied, but what pisses me off is that out of the 3 Spain (since its the only experience in a European country I have I associate it with Europes mentality) is just plainly fucking clueless about what they say. I agree with you on this, (to a certain extent, basicaly calling the better part of a country is not something I do) but as far as I can tell the reason people in the US are like this is because they dont need to know where canada is (overly simplified example) in the states, (as far as I can tell) people are "specialized" in certain areas, each fulfiling a role to their best ability and leaving another to do theirs. (hence you have math wizes who cant tell you what countries border theirs) and in the rest of the world they decide to teach a little of everything.

I can see the reasoning behind both.

The game has three different story arcs: Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, and Heavens Feel. The anime draws mostly off of the Fate path of the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel, though it takes some aspects from the other two.
The Tosaka, Makiri and Einzbern houses were the founders of the Holy Grail wars. The Tosaka family supplied the land, the Makiri family created the system of Masters and Servents, and the Einzbern family was responsible of creating a vessle where the souls of defeated servents would go.
The Tosaka family had quite a lineage, and was allowed to do just about anything in regards to the mage association, and the church.
If you couldn't guess, Kirei Kotomine is Rin's guardian.
Rin narrates the story of the Fate/Stay Night game.
Rin inherits much of Kishua Zelretch Schweinorg's (Tsukihime, and the Heaven's Feel path of Fate/Stay Night) belongings: Jeweled Sword of Zelretch, and Kaleidostick.
Rin turns into a magical girl when using the Kaleidostick in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia.
Rider is actually a Gorgon.
Archer is the future Heroic Spirit of Shiro, due to a Pact Shiro made with the world (caused by Ilya's death)
Shiro has a similar spell to Archer's Unlimited Blade works.

Archer Version:

Steel is my body, and fire is my blood.
I have created over a thousand blades.
Unknown to death.
Nor known to life.
Have withstood pain to create many weapons.

As you can see, Archer suffered from his past life's phiosophy. Eventually Archer became bitter and gave up on saving everyone.

Archer may still have Avalon embeded in him from his previous life as Shiro.
Shinji sexuall abused Sakura
Kitsurugu acted as the represenitive of the Einzbern family in the 4th war.
Kitsurugu betrayed the Einzbern family and destroyed the holy grail.
Ilya is actualy related to Shiro
Ilya is a Homunculus created by Kitsurugu and the Einzbern family, for the purpose of mediuming the Holy Grail's power.
Ilya is adopted by Taiga at the very end
Ilya dies one year after the Holy Grail war
